OMS 7th Volleyball State Champions!
Girls Capture IESA 7-4A State Title

The Olympia 7th grade volleyball team captured the State Championship title Tuesday night at the IESA 4A State tournament at Bloomington Jr. High School in front of a large and enthusiastic Olympia crowd. The team defeated Channahon in two games with scores of 25-16 and 25-17. To earn a spot in the championship game, the Spartans defeated Chatham Glenwood and Lansing Memorial last Saturday. The Olympia Spartans finished their season with a record of 19-4.
This is the first volleyball team from the Olympia Middle School to win a State Championship! CONGRATULATIONS GIRLS!!
