Minier Christmas Stroll

The students and staff at Olympia West are prepared for the Christmas Stroll, December 8, 2007. Staff members and PTO volunteers will be at the school for Saturday’s Stroll ready to stamp maps and greet visitors.
To help prepare for the Stroll West Student Council held a door decorating contest with the winning class to receive an ice cream party. However, when the judges set out to judge the doors, it was too difficult to name a winner. All the doors and hallways looked so nice. So, all rooms were announced winners and each student will receive an ice cream cup on Monday, December 10th following lunch, courtesy of the West Student Council.
The Safety Patrol will be out on the parade route Saturday selling baked goods. Safety Patrol assists with school traffic both before and after school rain, shine or snow. These dedicated students are raising money for a summer field trip to celebrate the end of the school year.
