Biographical Information I grew up in Northern California and enjoyed school very much, especially science and music classes. I played the trumpet in the marching band, and even got to march in the Rose Parade on January 1st, 1994. Following high school I went to the University of California at Davis, where I earned my Bachelors degree in Psychology. Then after moving to Illinois I went back to school to get my Masters degree in Elementary Education, and began substituting in local school districts. I am now teaching computer encore classes at Olympia Middle School, and I love every minute of it! In my spare time I enjoy reading, taking pictures, and spending time with my husband and two little boys.
