It's spring time so that means wet grounds, unpredictable weather, and a bunch of girls covered in mud. The Olympia High School girls’ soccer team is underway. The season officially started Monday, February 25 but the girls have been conditioning for a few weeks now building their skills and endurance for their first game which is just around the corner.
After losing a hand full of the seniors from the previous season, there is bound to be pre-game jitters. With the losses from last season, this time the girls have gained more. There are several newcomers to the team with their own ways of doing things, but that’s one more obstacle the girls will overcome which will bring them that much closer as a team which is what they want.
