Last week the Olympia Ag Science Class helped at the McLean County Conservation Day at the Interstate Center in Bloomington. The day was made possible by the McLean County Soil and Water Conservation District. There were over 100 volunteers that included the Olympia FFA and Lexington FFA. There were guest speakers that gave presentations on important Conservation topics such as soil erosion, planting trees, and wildlife. Total there were 1162 third graders from all over McLean County that were in attendance. It was a fun and educational day for everyone involved.
