Girls Soccer Completes Season

Spring is here, the grass is growing, but sadly, the Olympia girls’ soccer season has come to an end.
The Spartans ended their season with one win, ten loses, and two ties. The team consisted of three seniors, Lacy Phelps, Sam Williams, and Ashley Ledbetter. Six juniors, Tasha Rogers, Rosa Perez, Laura Hankins, Hailey Jones, Ivy Craig. Five sophomores’, Suzanne Davis, Sara Davis, Kendra Litwiller, and three freshman, Anna Ashbaugh, Delaney Wilson, and Faith Crawford.
“The girls really improved from the beginning of the year to the end,” said girls soccer coach Mr. Haak. “Every year I give out three awards, most valuable player, most improved player, and brightest star, and surprisingly underclassmen received all the awards which really shows that I can expect a lot for next year.”
