The 2010 Olympia Agriculture Day was another success this year.  Over 550 Pre-K, ECE, Kindergarten, second, and fourth grade students attended the event at the Olympia High School campus on Thursday, May 6, 2010.  Students came from the Olympia North, West, and South elementary schools.

Students learned about the importance of agriculture on this day as they participated in different events.  Those events included: making homemade ice cream, "soil" cups, milking a dairy cow, ATV safety, tractor and PTO safety, farm animal display, corn unit, chemical safety and fish display.  All of these events were demonstrated by Olympia FFA members.

Olympia FFA Advisor, Matt Nordstrom, thought the day was a success and would like to thank everyone who helped make the day fun and educational for everyone involved.
