First Grade Readers' Theater Performance
On Tuesday, Miss Oester’s first grade class visited several classrooms to share their readers’ theater performances that they had been working on. There were four short readers’ theaters with several students in each. The students wore signs, pictures, or hats that they had made.
The readers’ theaters are a great way for students to practice reading and following along as others read. In addition these performances allow the students to practice speaking in front of a group.
