Olympia Offers Blood Screening 11-12

Olympia will be offering blood screenings held at Lab Corp in Bloomington or Peoria from Sept 23 to Oct 1, 2011.
These services are offered for all employees and family members (age 18 and over) covered under the Major Medical portion of the Olympia Insurance plan.
