Olympia Baseball Honored
On Saturday--February 13th at the Illinois High School Baseball Coaches Association annual banquet held at Seven Bridges Golf Club in Woodridge, Olympia High School baseball was recognized twice. OHS Varsity Baseball Coach Ron Smith was awarded the 2009 Class 2 A Baseball Coach of the Year. Also, Spartan pitcher and now Lewis University player Matt Frahm was recognized as the 2009 Class 2 A Player of the Year.
The Olympia community is proud of Coach Smith and Matt and wish them the best of luck in the future.
