Softball Girls Are Ready for Their Season
The softball girls are excited and ready for their season. Between hitting on the weekends and starting practice soon, they will be prepared for their first game on March 23rd. They are hoping to make it to state for the 3rd year in a row which would be a great accomplishment.
Senior Laura Canopy said, “It’s sad that it is my senior year, but I’m looking forward to the season because we have a strong team. I think we have a good chance at going to state again, we have a couple spots that people need to step into. It’ll be a winning season.”
Junior Dani Williams added, “I’m really looking forward to the season to start, hopefully we can make it to state for the 3rd year in a row.”
The girls have a lot to practice for and a lot to look forward to. It’ll be a fun, but challenging season.
