6th Grade Math Class

Olympia Middle School witnessed an outpouring of love and connection today as more than 350 grandparents and grandfriends came together for the annual Olympia Middle School Grandparents and Grandfriends Day celebration.

The day kicked off with a warm welcome and a light breakfast for the guests, followed by a heartwarming photo opportunity where grandparents and grandfriends captured cherished memories with their student.

Beyond breakfast and photos, the event offered a unique glimpse into the lives of OMS students. Many grandparents and grandfriends had the opportunity to attend a class or two, witnessing firsthand the academic environment and the teachers guiding their loved ones. This shared experience undoubtedly fostered a deeper understanding and appreciation for the students' daily school life.

The overwhelming success of Grandparents and Grandfriends Day is a testament to the strong sense of community nurtured within Olympia Middle School. The event not only strengthened the bonds between students and their grandparents and grandfriends but also created a space for meaningful interaction and connection amongst the wider school community.
