On Thursday, May 9th, Mrs. Karns attended the annual Teacher Recognition Banquet hosted by the Illinois Principals Association. The event was held at the Hancock Stadium club at Illinois State University. Mrs. Karns was honored with other Olympia teachers, and teachers from other local school districts. She was recognized for her efforts and dedication to Olympia North Elementary students. Congratulations Mrs. Karns!
