In Advisory yesterday, 8th grade students spent time working with the Mood Meter, which is a tool that is being used to help them recognize what they are feeling and where it falls on the Mood Meter (Pleasant and High Energy, Unpleasant and High Energy, Pleasant and Low Energy, or Unpleasant and Low Energy). Students spent time with each quadrant and came up with many different feeling words that fit into each category.
