Taylor Nowaskie competed in the AA 8th Grade Girls Long Jump at the 2018 IESA State Championships. She placed 5th among 32 athletes and recieved a medal for her efforts. Her jump of 16’ 2.75” came on her final jump of prelims and earned her a spot in the finals. This jump was also a personal record and a great way to end the season. Myself and the rest of the coaching staff are very proud of Taylor’s efforts over the season and this result is indicative of her strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
