The varsity volleyball team played Delavan for senior night and it was definitely a match to remember! The varsity lost the first set 25-17, won the 2nd 25-17,&lost the 3rd set 32-30. This weekend at the IESA 3A state cross country meet, Mili Rebbe and Ty Gale both had outstanding races and earned state medals. Mili finished in 10th place out of 223 runners and Ty finished in 18th place out of 222 runners. In addition to medaling, Ty also ran his personal best time of his career which was an impressive 11:06! Their achievements without a doubt reflect their hard work and determination. We are so proud of these amazing 8th graders and are so excited to see what their futures of running hold for them! We are Spartan proud! 💙🤍







The Olympia Transition Program has partnered with ROE #17 & our students will be working on a virtual reality headset for vocational exploration. This allows students a fully immersive experience to gain insight into experiences they would encounter "on the job". Our students will explore careers & complete job-specific tasks without having to leave the building!





Let kids know that supporting someone who is being bullied makes a difference. If they feel safe confronting the bully, they should. If not, a PM can help someone through a tough time. Speaking up against hate speech is important too!

Olympia Middle School staff spent the afternoon digging into The Writing Revolution 2.0. Our school wide learning goal this year is to improve student writing. We have been working hard to break down writing skills into manageable steps for students. The staff spent time learning different ways to offer specific and actionable feedback to student writing. We believe that strong writing skills are essential for students to achieve success in all subject areas.






RAMS DOWN SPARTANS! Boys varsity soccer lose a hard fought game 4-0 to Manual last night as their season comes to an end. The boys had many challenges to face and fought hard for a full 80 minutes. Super proud of our boys this year and the work and effort they put in.
